Spinach-Cheese Swirls
1/2 pkg. frozen puff pastry sheets (1 sheet)
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. water
1/2 cup shredded Muenster or Monterey Jack cheese (2 oz.)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 green onion chopped (2 tsp.)
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 10-oz. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained

Thaw pastry sheet at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix egg and water; set aside. Mix cheeses, onion and garlic powder; set aside.

Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface and brush with egg mixture. (Save some for later.) Top with cheese mixture and spinach.

Starting at one side, roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into 20 slices about 1/2" thick. Place slices 2 inches apart on a baking sheet. Brush tops with remaining egg mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until golden.
