2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup sugar
1 T. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup coconut
1-1/2 cup whole milk
2 T. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pastry shell
Beat eggs, add sugar, salt and flour. Stir well. Add milk, then coconut and vanilla. Melt butter
and dribble over the mixture after it is put into the pastry shell.
Preheat oven to 325°. Bake for 40 minutes or until custard has set.
