2 cups cooked and cubed turkey (or chicken)
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons grated onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup crushed potato chips
1/2 cup grated American cheese
Combine all ingredients except potato chips and cheese. Toss lightly. Turn into an 11 x 7 x 1-1/2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with potato chips and cheese. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
